CLIP invests significant amount of resources to women and youth empowerment. Inclusion of women and youth in project management cycle either as implementer or beneficiary is at the core of CLIP’s operations. Thus far, CLIP has provided numerous awareness, advocacy and capacity building trainings to women and youth in target provinces. Since 2014, in addition to other services CLIP has provided to women and youth, it runs three Youth Resource Centers (YRCs) in Kabul, Parwan and Panjshir provinces. YRCs provide women and youth with access to internet and library services, in order to enlighten the youth so they have their say in policy processes, traditional justice systems and to make informed participation in political processes. These YRCs has been a great venue for youth to access resources and use a networking space.
